It’s Halloween, and somewhere in Britain there’s a knock at a front door. A man opens the door to be confronted with a group of teenagers dressed variously as werewolves, ghosts, vampires and assorted other horrors (so looking less threatening than usual).
“Trick or treat!” they all shout in uninson. The man stares at them in irritation and says “Clear off. I don’t agree with all this American rubbish.”
“Nothing wrong with a bit of American culture” replies one boy.
“Alright,” says the man “clear off or I’ll shoot you, then!”
